During a planned maintenance outage at a power station, Ranger completed the critical-path job of the outage: rebuilding the limestone mill, and installing a newly fabricated, 30-foot stainless steel pipe to service the mill. During reconstruction, the power-station outage team saw the need to rebuild the rotating assembly, as well.

Without changing the schedule of the outage, Ranger replaced the rollers, set the seals, completed a coupling inspection, torqued all bolts to specification, and performed shaft alignment.
