From design to punch list, Ranger took on every aspect of this project. We were involved in the design, engineering, structural, civil, and mechanical installation of the Lime Inerts Process building.
The lime slurry process contained conveyors, pumps, copper and SS piping, and a slurry tank. We had to rotate the tanks on their sides, and with proper rigging, swing them in with about 4 to 6 inches of clearance on each side. Next, we rigged the top section of the tank in order to slide in the two bottom sections. The tank itself was 40 inches tall, with a ceiling set at 46 inches. After we finished rigging and welding the tank, we coated the inside to ensure its longevity.
