The lime-slurry process building contained conveyors, pumps, copper and SS piping, and a slurry tank. From design to punch-list, Ranger took on every aspect of this project. We were involved in the planning, structural and civil engineering, and mechanical installation.

We had to rotate the tanks on their sides, and with proper rigging, swing them in place (with only four to six inches of clearance). Next, we rigged the top portion of the tank in order to slide in the two bottom sections. The tank itself was 40 inches-tall, with a ceiling set at 46 inches. After tank rigging and welding was complete, we coated the inside to ensure its longevity.
